Westbourne Motors has invested heavily to provide a ‘state of the art’ control room facility to ensure that our company meets the rigorous demands of roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The control centre receives over 5000 calls for assistance each month from motoring organisations or from motorists stranded at the roadside. We provide excellent response times to ensure that stranded motorists are attended to within minutes.

Specialist training is given to all Control Centre staff with our cutting edge technology. Our I.T. systems ensure a rapid and accurate response to every call for help. All the work stations benefit from Email and internet access and are permanently staffed.

We are able to continuously update our clients with live information concerning our arrival times, and completion times, together with details of faults found with each vehicle if required. All telephone calls are recorded for security and training purposes and 90% of calls are answered within 60 seconds.

Westbourne Motors also provides “Call Handling” services for companies who are unable to provide overnight facilities for their customer base. Tailored to each individual companies requirements, Westbourne Motors will receive telephone calls and ensure that the information is recorded and the appropriate action taken to ensure that your company can operate throughout the night.
